There’s a fair amount of original detail within, including coffered ceilings, wainscoting, built-in cabinetry, leaded glass, fireplace mantels, and parquet floors. The exterior of this early 20th century house is a beaut as well.

The blocks is a nice one, with the President Street 2/5 stop not far off.

Listed by Corcoran brokers Daniel Cohen and Frank Castelluccio, the place is being shown at an open house this weekend from 12 to 1:30 p.m., should you want to take a gander. It last traded in September 2016 for $1.16 million to an LLC, and now it’s asking $2.395 million.
