This week, we got in our time machine and are checking out four listings we featured six months ago to see how they fared on the market.

First up, a former House of the Day, this brick townhouse at 37 Sidney Place in Brooklyn Heights has some impressive proportions: It’s five stories, 23 feet wide, and sits on a lot that stretches 135 feet deep. It’s pretty grand in the price-tag department as well, with an ask of $10.75 million — that works out to $2,349 a square foot, by our calculation. As of publication, the house is still on the market and asking $9 million, a price cut of $1.75 million.

Another former House of the Day, this landmarked Crown Heights four-story has a distinctive Colonial Revival facade with a pair of wrought iron balconies and an unusual feature: separate entrances (and staircases) for its two units. Built in 1907, it’s in the Crown Heights North Historic District, at 30 Hampton Place. Within is an upper duplex with three bedrooms and a lower unit you can call a triplex if you’re inclined to count the finished basement, which offers a rec room, a fourth bedroom and a half bath. The bedrooms in both units are unusually large compared to those in most Brooklyn row houses. It sold in July for $1.527 million, or $57,000 under ask.

Third, this attractive 2.5-bedroom Clinton Hill condo has high ceilings, some fetching details and a decent amount of space, at 1,165 square feet. A former Condo of the Day, it’s on the second floor of a five-story brownstone on a nice Clinton Avenue block, which was a House of the Day in 2012, and has since been converted into five condos. Said details include a tiled fireplace in the living room with a painted wood mantel, a pair of grand columns separating the living room and dining area, and a distinctive coffered ceiling in the master bedroom, above a carved mahogany mantel. It sold in July for $1,375,000, or $125,000 above ask.

Last up, a yellow-brick row house with a barrel front, on Lexington Avenue in Bed Stuy, a former Open House Pick. A legal two-family being used as a one, it’s got numerous original details intact, including pocket doors, mantels, wainscoting and wood floors, but needs restoring and renovating. It is still on the market for $999,000, a reduction of $100,000.
