This week’s top listings include a Fort Greene co-op with a private roof deck, a Park Slope row house with some rustic charm and a Greek Revival in Boerum Hill that had a high-end reno.

There were multiple listings in Bed Stuy, with other popular choices scattered across the borough. The least expensive of the bunch was a two-family in East Flatbush asking $749,000, and the priciest was a brick row house in Clinton Hill asking $2.8 million.

Which would you choose?

10. This condo at 175 Pacific Street on one of the most charming blocks in Cobble Hill feels a little like a Parisian artists’ loft with its greenhouse-style windows that open onto a private terrace. The light and airy perch features an open-plan living and dining room that is 23 feet wide with three windows.

9. This two-story Park Slope brick row house is on the small side, but it’s got charm and a price tag under $2 million. It’s well located at 629 President Street, off a prime stretch of 5th Avenue and near the R train. It’s got some distinctive rustic touches that won’t appeal to every buyer, but will charm some.

8. Next up is a brick house on Putnam Avenue in Bed Stuy. This one’s over a century old, but but scant original detail remains. Sheetrock and carpeted floors predominate; the place could use some updating, and may well need more besides. It’s a two-family, with a three-bedroom duplex over a two-bedroom garden rental.

7. Here’s a Prospect Lefferts Gardens townhouse that’s been in the same family for six decades, with its original details intact, including chandeliers. Designed in 1899 by George Lawton for developer William A. A. Brown, it’s at 120 Midwood Street, in the Prospect Lefferts Garden Historic District.

6. This Boerum Hill Greek Revival townhouse is small and not cheap, but it offers a charming and distinctive space with some high-end finishes. At 112 Nevins Street in the Boerum Hill Historic District, the circa 1852 house was given an architectural makeover a short while back, and it sports a modern rustic interior that’s open and bright.

5. This Fort Greene co-op offers two good sized bedrooms, good light, decent space, a washer/dryer and a private roof deck, for well under $1 million. It’s on the fourth floor of a circa 1857 Italianate brick row house, at 154 Lafayette Avenue in the Fort Greene Historic District.

4. Next stop is Clinton Hill, where we find a brick row house on Greene Avenue. It’s new construction (circa 2000) that’s short on interior charm, but it looks to be in move-in shape: the listing calls it “turn-key.” The listing says it offers an owner’s triplex and a rental duplex — given that it’s a three-story house that presents something of a mystery, with no floor plan to clear it up.

3. This home is a freestanding house with a wraparound porch in Bay Ridge, on 77th Street. It’s a beaut, huge, full of fine original detail, and in prime condition. It’s got coffered ceilings, wainscoting, pocket doors, built-ins, stained and leaded glass, and a wood-burning fireplace. There are seven bedrooms, four baths, a renovated kitchen with dual Liebherr refrigerators and an 8-burner Viking range.

2. In Bed Stuy, we have a barrel-front brownstone on Madison Street. It’s got original parquet floors and wall moldings and other details; it’s also got a fair amount of space, with dimensions of 20 by 55 feet. There’s an owner’s duplex with two bedrooms and two baths, and a rental with two bedrooms and an office. There’s a backyard with a patchy lawn and a front garden.

1. Last up is a two-family brick row house on East 49th Street in East Flatbush. It’s small — 16 by 32 feet — with a front porch and front driveway. It’s newly gut renovated and has a nice prewar feel even though it was built in 1941. There’s an owner’s duplex with an open-plan living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, and a single bath, over a two-bedroom rental with a separate entrance.
