It’s got a patio and a nice garden as well, and some details.

It’s also got one notable issue, which is that reaching the sole full bathroom requires walking through one of the bedrooms. So it’s better suited to a family (or one person who wants a ton of space) than to roommates.

There’s an open plan living space, with wide plank floors and a wood burning fireplace with a wood mantel. There’s a half-bath and a laundry room in the rear, behind the kitchen, which has a fancy-pants Bosch oven, a center island, and a sliding glass door leading to the garden.
