This three-bedroom semi-detached house offers a good deal of space, triple exposures, a deck, a backyard and a parking garage. It also offers a relatively quiet locale: it’s at 7020 Ridge Court, a half-block cul-de-sac that runs off 72nd Street between 3rd and 4th avenues in Bay Ridge.

There’s no floor plan, which leaves open a number of questions, like the exact layout and the size of the bedrooms. (They’re “ample sized,” according to the listing.) There’s one full and one half bath, presumably upstairs and downstairs, respectively; neither is pictured but they’re said to be renovated.

The first floor offers nice parquet floors and appears to have a fair amount of space to play with, including a sun room with a bank of windows facing the street.

One drawback is the minimalist kitchen, with its dearth of cabinet and counter space. On the plus side, there’s a pantry that’s reputed to be large; there’s also said to be a dishwasher, though none is visible.

There’s laundry in the basement. The restaurants of Third Avenue are easily accessed, so is the R train at Bay Ridge Avenue.
