Beastie Boy Mike D Sells Cobble Hill Townhouse for $5.548 Million

Not so for Mike D and wife Tamra Davis, who just sold their Cobble Hill townhouse at 148 Baltic Street for $5,548,000. The final sale price was $102,000 under their original $5,650,000 asking price.

The Beastie Boy and his music video directing, cook book writing spouse extensively renovated the 3,200 square foot townhouse. It featured custom wallpaper designed by Diamond as well as shelves and other objects crafted by Brooklyn artisans.

The pair also preserved plenty of the house’s original details, such as floors, molding, and mantels.

The rapper-turned-designer also recently sold a Boerum Hill home whose interior he helped design at 242 Pacific Street for $4,980,000.
