The scaffolding is down at 26-16 Jackson Avenue, the 80/20 affordable and market-rate rental development under construction on the former Dykes Lumber site. The finished product will boast a doorman, bike room, laundry room, gym and roof terrace for all tenants. The building will also have about 5,000-square-feet of ground floor commercial space. Work is expected to finish in the summer of next year.
