A Craigslist ad lists the 1,200-square-foot space, along with a beer and wine license, for $5,200. Meanwhile in Sunnyside, Sunnyside Post reports that Singas Famous Pizza on Greenpoint Avenue is also on the market. The business is asking $69,000; the pizza joint was previously listed for $200,000 in August of 2012.
