Building Going Down on Crescent Street


    Last week construction workers were dismantling the two-story building at 41-07 Crescent Street, on the corner of 41st Avenue. What’s to come in its place? According to Department of Buildings documents, a nine-story, 50-unit development. It’ll have 32,462 square feet of residential space and 3,556 square feet of commercial space. The architect of record is Fogarty Finger, a Manhattan firm. They designed Five27, a swanky condo building also in the neighborhood.
