The Brooklyn Eagle article is a hoot. Aside from a triplex that is described as like being "in a Venice canal", there is nothing about why this development is a "prewar throwback". Instead, the article describes a typical Brooklyn condo - Scarano-designed mezzanines and Escobar-designed interiors (who the hell is Andres Escobar, and why (other than millions of Brooklyn condos) is he "world renowned"????).
