Hello. Does anyone have any good suggestions for a retail or service business for a corner property on Carroll St. and Troy Ave.?

Fair comment regarding retail/service businesses so. of Eastern Pkwy. Will the area support the types of businesses you mentioned? By support, I mean from a cultural and economic standpoint.
