658 Park Place (Franklin/Bedford
I haven't seen any comments on this building / these condos. Opinions? I thought they were pretty nice inside. border area, but improving and close to the 2,3,4,5 at Franklin, and a nice block itself. price seems reasonable too at $400psf.

gemini - yeah they are new, but not new construction. there was a fire in the building and it was gut renovated. turned into 9 condos: 3 on the 1st floor, 2 on each of the 2nd, 3rd, and fourth floors. biggest downside for me is no central AC (well, that and the somewhat shady area)...

What do you guys think of the newly converted condos at 658 Park Place (btwn Franklin/Bedford)? I thought they were pretty nice inside. Border area, but improving and close to the 2,3,4,5, and a nice block itself. price seems reasonable too at ~$400psf, but I'd look for 10% off.

saw the unit. pretty nice, but not worth nearly close to the ask in my opinion. don't see how they are trying to sell it for 20% more than 2 years ago given the market changes, especially as this is supposedly a short sale
