This is not a 1BR!
This is a STUDIPO with a sleeping loft!
Why would anyone pay such a high maintenance in a non-doorman or amenity filled building?
Ghastly!
Why is the maintenance so so HIGH?
The selling price should be more like $299 with that unbelievably high maint.

The Board turned you down at this building?
What a joke that board must be because the building is not so hot and located in an awful area filled with so much noise during the summer months and that crazy truck trafffic all day n night + no shopping or anything conveniently nearby.
You are better off in Ft. Greene a better hood(things happen for reasons)
KISMET. Those board members would not appreciate flowers anyway.

Great block and building but where is it located on the noisy BQE side or dark courtyard?

Funny that the clueless broker at BHS already has an open house scheduled for December 19....???? Go figure!

AWAYE Real Estate what a joke of a real estate company. Very typical that AWAYE has this house. What does this tacky firm know about marketing and selling homes. Check out her website. The seller would be lucky if they get $1.3 for this house probably less since Arlene the owner of the brokerage should be reported to dept. of state for her unethical practices.
Great location and exterior but I hear this house needs so so much work. Awaye is probably getting a 2% commission for her brilliant marketing and sales staff. They say you get what you pay for listing with a small potatoes operation and she is so desperate for listings...go Figure...go AWAY AWAYE.
