These units will attract more economic viability to the neighborhood, which G-H needs. As an owner of a nearby new building I welcome the addition of new residents who will be a getting a pretty good deal and adding life to a street with some crappy old vinyl siding homes. If G-H's rep is as a 'new development' neighborhood we'll all be better off.

real glad to see more openings in this area, we need and they all seem to grow their traffic with time.

Speaking with an agent recently I was told that two more buildings on the North side of this block were being bought by a developer. One of the buildings is already boarded up, which is a good thing because the building was not in healthy condition.

I walked by, it's fine. Sidewalk is plenty deep and it won't be hard to angle into the drive. Maybe action 'civic pride' jackson can offer a snarky comment to counter that fact, but i imagine most people living or buying nearby wouldn't make an issue of it.
