Before moving in July '08 I lived in that neighborhood for seven years and no place turned over more often than that corner property. While I lived there I saw at least 4 different tenants, maybe more. All of them always appeared busy, yet no one seems to be able to make it work long-term.

I don't know what the problem is, but no matter what I would not bother getting attached to the Pedlar.
