Supposedly one of the first larger multi-floor bldgs that went up in So.Slope recently couldn't even fill the bldg with tenants and ended up being subsidized housing for the Methodist Hospital. Yes, more housing on a reasonable scale would be okay. But not at the rates they're most likely charging.
