How would one get Farrow & Ball paint wholesale? If not it is around $80 per gallon. Please advise.

Hinge is not 90 degree it is offset top and bottom with 1 inch closed that is what is so unique about this hinge. The hinge you are referring to is called (1/2 surface mount) type which is not what we are looking for .

It's very helpful to have a friend or relative in the business. They fax a letter on letterhead saying you're working with them and I think they give their business tax number. (Forget, but the folks at Farrow & Ball are happy to explain.)
Just by coincidence, my sister is an interior designer in California. There are some folks on this board who do related work and may have a business number.
Normally, you would go through an interior designer who would charge a markup or you would buy from Farrow & Ball's Soho store at regular retail.

He doesn't really pick up his phone. You have to go there and talk to him. Greene and Grande....not opened until noon....Tues-Sat.

It is on this site; you can google it. But Eddie is not really interested in buying salvage usually. He gets salvage from large demolitions, renovations or house clearings he does (i.e. before renovation, or on sales of buildings etc.). He is reasonable though and you should go talk to him. RH is right; he doesn't really do anything over the phone.
