NEED help refinish the bathtub
I have been renting my apartment for over 6 years now
Since we moved in we did some makeup paintings and some floor tiles replacement work in our apartment. Now that we have a baby we would like to refinish the bathtub.
I saw somewhere on internet that some people trying to convince their land lord to help them with that process. So I need a help from you guys to write the letter to landlord (or maybe somebody already had experienced that situation.
