Locksmith or Key Collection?
We have old-school skeleton keys for our entrance gate. I have three and need to find more. I don't think they make them anymore so I need to find someone that has lots of old keys and try to find a match. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have oil heat? We just moved into a new (for us) brownstone. I have never had oil heat before and the smell drives me nuts. I am seriously considering converting to gas but haven't yet run all the numbers...perhaps I will poke around elsewhere on this site for that!

If you are interested in checking out Bay Ridge, our rental unit is available and we are showing it today.

Try Paul Lemarc Brown with Corcoran. He's a great guy, and works hard to find you the best place for you. He has found tenants for me in the past who were happy with their experience with him.
You can reach him at paullemarc.brown@corcoran.com. Tell him Chris Montgomery referred you.

I went there about a month ago. The appetizers were excellent and the owner talked us into a more expensive bottle of wine but charged us the cheaper price-which was a little odd but the wine was good. The homemade bread was exceptionally tasty and unlike anything I had had before. The entrees were good, but not unlike other Morrocan spots that I have been to in Paris and Manhattan. Next time I will probably order more appetizers, wine and dessert!
