Stay away from Jalen Mgt also. Our co-op has them now. Horrible! I'm not on the board or anything but am just about to start a petition to try to get my fellow shareholders to agree on changing them. They don't even respond to your calls!

Everyone in my building feels privileged to have Newport Management as our agent. When we had a crisis in our building one evening, Israel Spira attended to the problem immediately. I was impressed at Israel Spira’s attentiveness and professionalism.

Absolutely do not use Andrews - and specifically Chris Howe. The service that they have provided has been just terrible, and yet their fees are very high. Calls - and emergency calls are rarely returned. It's almost as if you don't actually have a managing agent. The quality of their vendors also leaves a great deal to be desired. We've had a number of leaks and yet after multiple visits (don't know what we've paid for in total), Andrews still does not know the source of the water.

We have not had a good experience with Advanced Managment Services. The entire relationship between AMS and our building seems to be corrupt and suspect. Their management of our building has generally been sloppy. I have heard others who got good service from AMS, but we seem to be victims of the relationship between AMS principal Robert Alper, and his ex-wife, our super.
