Good Mortgage Broker Needed

Hi there, can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker; particularly one that specializes in SONYMA and FHA loans?

Thanks!

ISO Tenancy in Common partner

Hello,

Me, my wife and 7yr old son are looking for a TIC partner. We've found a house we like (in PLG) but it will need some work to divide it into two more or less equitable units, but it's well priced. We're open to other buildings as well, should this one not happen. The first step for us is to find the right partner.

To give you an idea of what we're looking at: building should be in the 600-700k range, could need work, but should pretty much be habitable from the start (even though that might mean camping out in your own home a little). Our very own low budget, diy, live-while-you-reno adventure.

Not for all I'm sure, but let me know if you're interested. We're very open to meet for initial talks, if we see eye to eye, great, if not, no worries. In case we do want to go ahead, all would be agreed upon and documented with aid of a lawyer.

Many thanks,

Korneel.

Thanks cmu, I saw that. Still, I figured, it's better than not posting. But I like the idea of neighborhood email lists, will give that a go as well. How's your TIC project coming along?

I had the BEST GUY EVER. I was a small-time client with no big payout and he treated me like I was supremely important - always was available or got back to me right away, answered all of my questions promptly no matter how small or unimportant-seeming, and once all was said and done he even sent me off with a bottle of his home-made wine that was actually great. I recommend him as a good broker and as a good person:

Earlier this year I bought a house in Crown Heights and highly recommend my mortgage broker, whom I found through a friend:

HAROLD I. DUBIN
Senior Loan Officer
Mortgage Master, The Lending Experts
102 Elm Street Walpole, MA 02081 508-850-4104
888-263-1435 Ext 4104
hdubin@mortgagemasterinc.com

Harold is a hard-working broker that patiently explained the complexities of financing my first home, was able to trouble-shoot on other aspects of the deal when necessary, and moreover - got me the best rate going!

I financed my first Brooklyn apartment with Craig at ICG and he walked me through step by step. My income isn't that high, but my credits good, and he got me a really low rate. I was very pleased with Craig and the whole office, everyone was helpful and professional. I didn't think I'd be able to find and finance a home in this terrible market, but I did!
