The former Highstakes Cheesestakes who's sign read more like 'High Cheese Stake Steaks' already won worst name ever.
Good luck to the Fish and Sip (should have been 'Fish and Sips') establishment. I'll try it after it gets going after a few weeks.

No. It is very good and lightly imaginative. They stick to their guns. Bonus for celiac's and veg's. If it's too bland, that's why there's a carrier of yummy sauces at your table. Veg meatballs are my choice.
Nice Ft. Green Park location (eat outside). Dumbo lacks a little of that ambiance.

Just thought the potato salad wasn't so hot. Everything else was pretty ace. Homemade sausages are delightful. Sauces are delicious, and great brew selections of course.
Service is kind of irrelevant since it's a buy at the counter fare.
There's still a weird gallery next door as well as the 3rd of 3 pet shops within a 2 block radius.
Wonder what this thing will look like.

Super friendly! Great backyard. Good selections, very original. The carrot is delicious with melted cheddar and jalepenos. Fun mustard selections. The hot dog's could definitely use a more traditional bun option (could be organic). Nice meat selections. Priced to the ingredients/location, not the fact that its a hot dog. Also gluten free buns would be nice for the neighborhood.

Yummy pudding. Fondue is memorable, but not interested in repeating the experience. Home made ice cream is delicious. Get something with the ice cream in it. A float will do nicely.

The quiche has it's moments. I like the side salads served with shaved carrots and cucumbers and a simple vinegar dressing. Nice sandwiches and crepes. Haven't tried anything too fancy. The oeuf gamin has been just OK in my experience. The sauce with my mussels on the last go 'round left me with a bad taste. Comfortable, and almost always prompt friendly service.

Just been there for brunch. A few nice spin-off's of some standards. And one of the few Park Slope brunch places to bring your dog (sidewalk eating area). The design of the restaurant is a little overwhelming... much prefer the 'olde' looking trend in new restaurants these days.
More like LOGO monster! My heart too is w/ Oko.
