That building has been under construction for 4 or 5 years. it's been a terrible eyesore on what is otherwise a pretty well developed little block. My friend has a business on this block and I've always felt that the construction on that corner made it look like you had reached the end of the trendy end of bedford ave. hopefully she'll see a business boost!

I'm looking for a 1 br right now for under $1,300, but I think that location would be too far out. Like they said above, it would have to be super nice for me to consider it for even 1300. just a little renter's pov for you. good luck!

Before this place I had never been inspired to write a bad review online. Yet, after giving it a second chance upon it's re-opening several months ago, I found it necessary to air my grievances on Yelp concerning my cold disgusting food, and poor service. I'm not going to go into it again, as I've blocked the memory for the most part. It is just a shame, because this WOULD be a great location, and Could have great food. I would love to have a 24 hour diner that was at least decent. Even by diner standards this place is a tragedy. Plus- even after the massive renovation the interior still looks like it was designed in the early 90's.
What a shame. who wants to go all the way down there to shop anyway? I thought they were going to try to make this an attraction. I'm all for progress, but Toys 'R' Us? DSW?

This place is incredible. I've never once had bad service, or a bad meal. Very limited menu, but Marlow's totally about the specials. I always ask the service staff for recommendations and they're always happy to help. The chocolate carmel torte is mind-blowing- do not miss this desert! I've never met anyone who didn't absolutely love it.
This is a really fun place to bring guests as well
As for the wait- on a weekend night it's usually only about an hour- the perfect amount of time to grab a tasting flight of wine at bridget wine bar just like a half a block away. the combination of these two little establishments is perfect for dates as long as you're not to tight on cash-
love it!

I never knew vegan food could be so filthy, but this stuff really is. That said, it's not too bad when you're super drunk and just looking for some late night sustenance. It always makes me feel dirty, but that's not always a bad thing.
