Condo Insurance
I'm looking into insurance for our Boerum Hill condo (for the entire building, not an individual policy).
Can anyone recommend their insurance co. and broker? I'd especially like to hear from folks who've had to make a claim. And tell me about bad experiences as well. That would be very helpful. PLEASE do not respond if you are a broker looking to sell your services.

Central Air Advice
We need to replace and old/leaky unit and are seeking recommendations on brands/models and, more importantly, a good AC installer. We need to cool a 2500 sq ft duplex condo and we're assuming we need to replace only the indoor element. Our duct work is in place and the vent/compressor on the roof is working fine. Any recommendations?

One more thing...did any of you negotiate a service agreement with these installers? What would that cost for a year? (roughly - I realize it would vary)
