Apt Help

Hi, I posted earlier but it disappeared. We are looking to move to Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill or Park Slope by May 1. We'd like a 1 bedroom with den or a 2 bedroom, preferably with outdoor space. If anyone has any advice or leads, we'd really appreciate it.
