Fence Installation Recomendation
Looking to get a vinyl fence (or some composite material) fence installed in our Bay Ridge backyard. Any recommendations?
New Backyard needs fence to keep our dogs in:

We had the same problem as you did until we found a better real estate who called us when he type of property we wanted was found. We saw it the next day and bid. We went right into contract.
Find a real estate that has estate sale properties.

It's amazing that Ratner will still qualify for the tax-exempt status.
Why is comptroller candidate, David Yassky bragging on his commercials that he stopped tax loopholes for developers when Ratner is still qualifying for it?

look in the archives . you may find the professional. but at least get 3 quotes. I suggest you call Ekram. 917-306-1251. well he is a good roofer. just had a roof leakin. and he came up with a good budget and redid the whole entire roof.He will give you a better deal. good luck!

We had great service some time back on our Windsor Terrace home from Greene Roofing on Coney Island Avenue. When we later had some leakage from porch gutters, I was impressed that Greene promptly repaired it under the warranty from our original job -- no charge. Recommended.

According to me it's not easy to find the best roofer just by asking for recommendation.....
The best thing search for the roofer and get the list down of most recommended roofer and then call them get quotes and then select one that goes with the budget and with your research....(I do this....) so at least you know who you hiring and you don't blame others ( if things goes wrong that's what i usually do)...
