One of my favorite restaurants. I am generally not a pc eater, but I have had real pangs of conscience eating sushi lately. I have started bringing a handy wallet card with me when I do: http://seafood.audubon.org/ I wonder how long restaurants like Blue Ribbon will be able to exist? I think they will be a memory one day in the not too distant future. I would like to think that restaurants like Blue Ribbon can lead the way in being more conscious of what they serve, but I have yet to see a single sushi restaurant boast of such awareness. Sorry to be a spoilsport. Being one is generally not my MO.
Beautiful. What are the plants in the first corner shot by the glass doors? I love the low green ones on either side of the flowering plant.
