The faked exterior for Grand Ticino isn't on Hicks Street either - the street sign must have been moved. The street looks familiar (I lived in Boerum Hill for over 30 years and often walked around the Heights and Cobble Hill) but I can't quite place it. I recall the bakery very well - it was just down the street from the now-extinct Court Sash and Door lumber yard which I often patronized.
