Just heard back from my source and they said that he should not be paid at all on the draws and that he has already been paid in full. Which lender are you using? The guys I use are not well known to the layperson but they do a lot of 203k loans through out the country through wholesale channels.
It may be different but he confirmed my orginal thought that they don't get additional monies throughout the process.

We use Franklin Hardwoods for my company's floor work. They do absolutely top quality work at reasonable prices. They are based in CT but do all of our Brooklyn and Manhattan projects. Ask for Drew and tell him Tim at Think Construction recommended him.

#1 -- Police anybody who walks on your roof. Watch them like a hawk.

#2 -- Assuming you have a modified bitumen or asphalt roof, every few years pick up a five gallon bucket of Bulldog Aluminum Coating WITH Fiber and paint the roof (after cleaning it, of course). It can help extend the life of your roof for years. . .
