I have four really old wooden chairs that have leather seats and backs. I need to replace all the leather...anyone recommend someone who does this kind of thing?

as below...

this pic is a little better. the rosette basically has a ring of "trees" made up of 3 circles in a triangle.

Where can I find these?

I'm looking for a rosette just like this one as I'm missing one on my front door hardware. Have looked online to no avail...any suggestions?

random hallway

we have a skinny little hallway b/t the master bath and the main hallway on the 2nd floor of our brownstone. It seems like such a waste of space--has anyone done anything creative with a similar space?

Is there a standard cost per square foot for interior house priming and painting? Want to set a rough budget.
Thanks!

2:47, that is the dumbest line of reasoning I think I've ever heard on this board. Trespassing is not a brooklyn institution.

I have to tell you, I much prefer the post-puppy version. It's beautiful, clean, edible (a big plus in my book) and timeless. Bravo!! Especially for doing yourself.
