You can give my contractor a call. His name is Thahal Beer and he goes by Beer. He is a nice guy who is dependable and can be trusted. His number is 646-358-6118. He relocated my center staircase in order to make it a 3 family home and it came out beautifully. He used the original spindles in my apartment which makes the staircase look original to the house. There are a lot of contractors out there who may be licensed but are complete disasters. You must ask for references in addition to license and insurance while shopping around.
I would recommend Mack Construction. I had my facade painted and windows restored. I'm very satisfied with the way they worked. Their number is (718) 909-7683. Mention Dominic from Union Street if you call them.
