Backyard Maintenance
We are looking for someone to come by our house weekly to mow the lawn (we have a small electric mower), clean up leaves on our garden and deck (we have f ew trees that shed leaves regularly), as well as keep the deck clean in general (its a steel deck)...Anybody know of a good, reliable, professional person to help here...Thanks!

Caterer/Griller for Backyard Brownstone BBQ
I am hosting about 20 colleagues at my brownstone, and was looking for someone who would could barbecue and someone else to bartend. Ideall solution would be a small scale catering operation where someone brings in the meats and does the cooking, while someone else mixes drinks. Any suggestions for an event like this? Any good painters for a rental apartment?
We are looking to paint our garden floor apartment before renting, and we're searching for a good painter. Any suggestions? Good and not super expensive would be ideal.
