We moved into a new home that needed a lot clean-up work with the backyard. Although the place was a mess, most garden/landscape places I called considered it too small of a job since we weren't ready to do any landscape design work.

I found Aimee Petkus' (aimee.petkus@gmail.com) info on this site and decided to call. She did an awesome job! She and an assistant pruned overgrown shrubs, raked all the leaves, brushed clean the flagstones and bagged everything. They even cleaned up the old patio set. She charges by the hour, so the total cost was very reasonable (about 5 hours of work).

After seeing the good reviews re. Prospect Tree, I decided to call. Hollis stopped by to give an estimate and made an appointment. On that day, he never showed up, never returned my phone calls with an explanation. How can anyone that flaky stay in business? A complete waste of time.

Wasted my time waiting for Prospect Tree -

After reading positive reviews for Prospect Tree on this site, I decided to make a call. Hollis came by to give me an estimate and he said he can do the job on Monday around 9 AM. Well, that came and went...no one showed up, no one returned my phone calls. If you have better things to do than sitting around waiting for a no-show, then I would suggest NOT calling Prospect.

Just made three appts. for estimates and NY Tree and Shrub just didn't show up. I called to see what happened and he offered no explanation and suggested that I call another company. Unbelievable!! A complete waste of time. I wouldn't bother calling.
