FSBO Web Designer?

I'm about to try and sell our Park Slope coop on my own and would love recs for a good web designer--someone who can put together a basic but nice web page with good pics, etc. Ideas? Price estimates for anyone whose done this recently? Thanks!

There's an excelent site already made for you that has a huge audience. It's call the New York Times. Post your decription, pics, and open house info. Everyone looks there when buying. Make sure your photos are nice. It doesn't cost too much either. We sold 2 coops that way.
