Help! Recent Opinions about 710 6th Ave.
We read a older article about the troubling lack of sales on 710 6th Ave (22nd street). Recently, the owner as decided to rent... We are exploring renting here. Does anyone have any opinions about problems with this property, developer, or why these seemingly lovely apartments aren't selling?
