Cleaning Person?

Hello all, for a friend and myself I'm looking for a cleaning person/agency who would do a move-in/move-out cleaning in Manhattan and Brooklyn, bringing their own supplies. Any leads are appreciated. Thanks!

Portable A/C Recommendations?

I am moving to a unit that requires portable A/C since there's only one window in one of the rooms, and it's on the fire escape. I know they're not the best, but if anyone can recommend a unit they're happy with, or a vendor, I'd appreciate it!
