The Broken Angel building could have been saved but Shahn had other priorities and they had nothing to do with art or Arthur Woods vision. There was a huge loan taken out. Arthur was treated like a little pet and really had nothing to do with the administrative part of the proceedings. The collateral for the loan was Arthurs home and land, not Shahns. The only one who really loses are the artists. Meantime they will have no place to live and they have lost their home of 27 years. Shahn is supposed to be an expediter so how could the Buildings dept stop work on the project or was there a game of bad cop good cop? Who is selling the building??? Shahn. He's like a tick.

The real reason that Shahn (Christian?)Anderson has not finished the building and made sure he got a huge pay every week for the past almost two years..to do nothing is..... because Pratt wants a building for its foreign students and here we are again. Oh no could it be? That he is a liar?

Two years and still violations due to faulty work on Shahns part like the basement and other things. So the building department and him working hand in hand to get the foreclosure going.. outside forces have been asked and they concur... he is a very wicked and dishonest cur...So the foreclosure happens and the family loses their home and live in the streets but does Mr. "Christian" Anderson care???? He's a nasty insect, and nasty insects get squished.

A popular way to harass tenants is to overheat or underheat them. I know because I've won against five, yes five slum lords, and I'm still here. So over repairing and over heating is a sign. If you are paying rent then you are entitled to your constitutional rights which means peace and QUIET! Sue the asshole and don't worry about confrontation. You have already been confronted. The apartments and hot water are supposed to be set to a comfortable range. Any asshole knows that so stand up and be a real American.

Its October and wheres the building? There are people who are watching very closely. The only one who wins from this is the developer and the Woods were easy pickings weren't they.

Is this a steam or a hot water radiator.
If it is steam, the TSR valves at radiators in all apartments above you need to be changed to prevent steam from going up the pipes after they have been heated.

insulate all of the the risers, and make sure that your radiator valves close 100% and the pipes in the basement are insulated..if your landlord is harassing you, thats a whole new ball of wax..
