Why has this been scaled back? Because the developer lost time and money dealing with a small but dedicated group.

Did they get what they wanted? Is a simple arena (across the street from a Chuck E Cheese and a Target) appropriate for this 'hood? Will this plain arena transform this neighborhood or pretty much maintain it?

I live in an apartment facing the "serene" OPP courtyard. There are actually quite a few folks living on the inside (read: cheaper) of the complex. More than a few of them seem to think that it is ok to go without blinds/ shades of any kind.

I live across from the OPP courtyard. I can attest to the fact that at least some residents "do without" window coverings. Very disturbing. We try not to look, but it is hard not to look when their entire wall is glass. I'm pretty sure that their rules apply to the outside of the building. Those on the inside seem to do whatever they want, or not. Please, help them drape.
