Contractor in Park Slope
Has anybody out there hired Pelaez Cabinets Inc. for general contracting in the past? If so, would you please give a sense of your experience? Thanks.

engineering inspection
Hello folks -
We have an accepted offer on a place in Park Slope and need to move quickly on an engineering inspection. Can anybody recommend a good engineer. If anything, we are mostly concerned with the shape of the electrical system and, thus, would like to know about engineers with real expertise in that area. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Matthew was incredibly thorough and you will get a 30 pg (approx) printed report with pictures explaining things to lookout for, some immediate , some for the future ..
I really liked him- his electrical expertise seemed average.. not sure - but you can ask him - he seemed really honest and as a bonus I believe hes a classical piano player hey!

You should try to use a National Association of Home Inspectors. Their inspectors are required to be PE's and have errors and ommission insurance.
