765 Park Place - New Development
This property has been listed by Elliman as well as the developer. Has anyone seen this property in person. I would be interested in insight to the building features. I know the owner mentioned amenties such as a gym. It is hard to understand why a 6 unit building would have one.

Condo Units in Brownstones
Does anyone have information or a helpful source to find Brownstone owners who convert units into Condos?
Esp in the Clinton Hill/Crown Heights/Bed Stuy areas-
Craigslist is a disaster. I would appreciate any helpful info. Thanks

I would trade places with you any day! Being a renter in NYC is the worse feeling ever! Your hard earned money handed over to line your landlords pocket isn't a great feeling.

I encountered the same observation when on the corner of Fulton and Nostrand. I think Bed Stuy is the most unrecognized neighborhood in BK when it comes to gentrification.

Great Video! Target in Atlantic Station is disgusting. Hands down - empty shelves are a disgrace! I went in during the holidays and was disappointed. Thanks for exposing the truth. Anyone who condones their BS is in denial!
