Cadman Plaza North?
Hi, we're newish to Brownstoner, been lurking for a while to get a feel for Brooklyn. We put our names on the list for Cadman Plaza North years ago and forgot about it...now our #s up. What is that area like? Does anyone know anything about this development? Is there a way to find out more about it? Hubs and I put our names down when we were still new to the city but never lived in Brooklyn. Thanks.

Is there visible water damage to the ceilings or do my eyes deceive me? Charmless facade, but...that can be an advantage, like a rich person dressing down. Way down.

Good luck. I was called a few months ago, but my income no longer met the guidelines. I would have loved to live in Brooklyn Heights. Great area for restaurants, shopping, transportation, etc.
