The guy on WNYC, who was black and had grown up in Fort Greene, was talking about how all the resentment he had built up against white gentrifiers melted away in the post-election revelry at the corner of Carlton and Dekalb. He estimated that 3/4 of the crowd was white.

If this were a 20-footer, it would probably be worth $1.9 million, so 20% off that gets you to $1.52 million. Maybe $1.6 is possible, but I doubt the full $1.67.
