The upper duplex is advertised for rent also:

It seems Mr. Austin Nagle is really scrambling to make some sort of money off of this POS. If someone rents this, they'd better be prepared to get kicked out if he's able to sell it. That's what he did to the tenants in his 120 3rd Pl. building (that he also can't sell now).

The other dog is up for adoption at NYCCACC:

She's at the Brooklyn location and they call her Kim.
I feel so bad for her, since none of this is her fault. I hope someone that can care for her adopts her before she is euthanized.

The ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement has this in their FAQs:
"Q: My neighbor does not keep his dog restrained. His dog attacked my dog while we were out for a walk. Can he be arrested for animal cruelty or assault?
A: Under New York State law, the neighbor cannot be arrested for animal cruelty, animal fighting, or assault unless he or she instigated, ordered, or provoked the attack. In cases where this occurs, contact the NYPD to make a report.
Nevertheless, it is a violation of the New York City Health Code for an owner to allow his or her dog to be off-leash in a public place. When an unrestrained dog attacks another animal, the owner of the injured animal should contact the New York City Health Department. The Health Department is responsible for enforcing the provisions of the Health Code, which include "leash laws" and the regulation and/or management of "dangerous dogs." In addition, all animal bites must be reported to the Health Department at 311."
And, no, those dogs in the photos are not Pit Bulls.

I walk my dog past this building and I can't believe they are having open houses. Nothing looks finished... someone else pointed out that there are finish materials everywhere. I would be embarrased to show this place as is without offering a buyer an "early bird" deal. Not to mention that the surroundings are not terribly hospitable.

Austin Nagle was also going to do the same this to 120 3rd Pl., but that building was put on the market last month (or so). Let's hope he just gets out of the neighborhood so he can focus on selling his overpriced furniture.

This makes it clear that the CG zoning text amendment has already made a huge difference. That specific townhouse at 120 3rd Pl. was slated to be gigantisized (my new favorite word). Clearly the developer was thwarted and has to bail.

I live on this block. The pile driving hasn't bothered me too much, it really can't be helped. However, I would really appreciate it if your workers could do something with their garbage other than littering the block. That section of 3rd Street is filty compared to the rest of the block. Every time I go past there are fast food containers, chicken bones, coffee cups, cigarette butts and assorted other kinds of trash on the sidewalk and in the curblane. Please be better neighbors by simply cleaning up after yourselves.

I used to rent an apartment from this developer in another building. He's a disaster of a landlord. He doesn't want to be a landlord, nor does he really seem to know what he's doing. This must be a sign of desperation on his part. Anyone that's going to pay $6500 in rent is going to want and deserve a better landlord.

The woman that runs the Court St. location is hideous. After getting terrible customer service from the kids that were working there, she tried to strong arm me into taking a bike that was the wrong model because the kids put the wrong one together. Then, one of those kids stole my credit card number and bought a bunch of games online. Yay for fraud protection!
