Window Grates - Removing
We would like to remove the window grates on our unit. There are 5 window grates that need to be removes on what is equivalent to the 2nd floor and 3 that need to be removed from the 3rd floor. Scaffholding will need to be put in place to remove about ½ of the grates. The other ½ can be accessed from a fire escape. I believe the grates will need to be cut from the brick facade. Does anyone have a recommendation of a person who might perform this type of work? What is the typical cost? And, I assume the decorative wrought iron might have a value - if so how/where can I sell it?

Vanity Top - Extra
Originally purchased for over 2000 dollars... this sink top unfortunately does not fit the space it was intended for in our co-op. The Intergrated solid resin sink top is 48W x 20.1D .6H with overflow, pre-drilled only for single hole faucet. The color is bisque. If you any of you are interested in purchasing it for a drastically reduced price - please let me know.

Buy My Eye. I too have a brownstone that I expect will take me several years to decorate. But the service offered by Buy My Eye helped me come up with a plan w/o a large commitment.
