Please help me understand these title documents
hi, i was checking the title documents filed for the new building i bought a coop in.
i found these on another web site, but i have no idea how to understand them.
any light shed is appreciated, thanks!
one tenant filed the intial coop UCC1, then a year later files another UCC1, but the 2ns party is listed as: "Forte Mortgage In Lieu Of The True Corporate Name", then a month later files a "Ucc3 Amendment" with the 2nd party listed as "Forte Mortgage In Lieu Of True Corporate Name"
what is this and whats it all about?

Is there a public dump/landfill around here?

looking to dump my reno trash by myself, since its getting so expensive with carters.
is there anywhere i can go to dump legally?
i tried looking on the web, but could not find anything
