Looks like a new Turkish place as well across Fulton Street. Deniz (or something similar).

The traffic pattern has been changed as well. Hanson Place is now both directions around for the length of the Atlantic Center structure.
As an aside, the severing of Flatbush was sorely needed. That intersection was an absolute disaster with cars' not knowing where pedestrians were coming from and vice versa.

CO suffers from the flaws of most Italian restaurants in the United States (dishes are not sufficiently simple and clean), but no worse than most. The Portuguese dishes too lack the feel of traditional Portuguese cooking, although since the US generally does not know this kitchen as well, it passes under the radar. That said, it is reasonably pleasant and not too expensive. It just isn't Italian or Portuguese or, for that matter, particularly European.

I remember seeing a floorplan for this somewhere, though it might have been with previous listing.
