I think the Argyle looks great. At least if it ends up looking like the advertisements' depictions, it's going to be a very nice looking building and an improvement to 4th ave.

There's a new building going up at 7th St and 4th Avenue that is especially attractive, IMHO, compared to some of the other new construction.
