what's so bad about Arial? i like the whole look. it's just much cleaner. and i don't mind the asymmetrical nature. it makes it look that much more unique. i have a minor problem with the top pic-- looks a lot like the pics on LGS Brooklyn -- but it is still pretty. overall, change is good.

Well the Corcoran listing on Prospect is stunning, but again seems like a lot of money to me. I guess I still am remembering the days when $1.5 mil got you 83 (?) S. Elliot nd it was probably 5,000 square feet and had only 4 or five owners since it was built so it was unrenovated. That was the one when I wished I actually made money.

yeah, i agree that you should keep the login identity thing. i think that there is indeed something fun to the subversive nature of anonymous people sparring, but at the same time i think it could be more interesting as certain personalities and their corresponding tags become better known for their types of comments, their expertise, etc. keep it.
