TCO vs C of O
I am about to close on a condo that has obtained a TCO. Should I be worried about the possibility that the C of O will not go through? Can I get some kind of insurance?

242 Greene Shady?
I put down a down payment on an condo at 242 Greene in Februrary. The units are still not closed and it is starting to feel shady to me. Does it really take this long to close on a place? Its getting absurd and a little sketchy. Is anyone else in this situation or another owner at 242 greene?

Is there anyone else out there waiting for these condos to close? Anyone have any news. I go by every day and it doesn't seem like much is going on to get the ball rolling.
