ANYONE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A PAIR OF LAMPSHADES
IVE GOT A PAIR OF LAMP SHADES FOR SALE, THEY ARE ORIGINALLY MADE BY ABAT JOUR..of NYC...NEVER BEEN USED, WERE MADE FOR A CLIENT WHO NO LONGER WATED THEM.
they are 12" tall....base width is 20"....top width is 14"

Great Cleaning Person
Just in case anyone is looking for a great cleaning person, I would suggest a guy name Adrian...646 391 0109. We used him when we did some rennovations in out Park Slope house. Best of all his prices were very reasonable......Im Lisa..(Fitzroy's wife)

Good Cleaning Person
I have several friends say that its hard to find reasonable cleaning persons that you can trust. I just wanted to mention to anyone who is looking that you can call Adrian @ 646 391 0109.....he was just fantastic. Another Brownstoner reccammended him and im glad I used him.

Cleaning Service
After I moved into my new condo, I needed someone to take care of the cleaning of the apt and someone reccammended Adrian (646 391 0109) He came in with an assistant and they did a spectacular job. I definately reccammend him for household cleaning.

the guy who came here did basically what I had asked...I did not need laundry done but he was willing to do so if I needed it done

what can you expect from a cleaning service really? do they do laundry or will the clean out your closets etc? can you expect them to do everything? or do they only do basic cleaning like the dishes and the floors?

Yep it's true, fitzroy, everyone here thinks they're perfect. Truly! And best of all we get to see the really pathetic ones who spend all day just looking for posts on Forum they can accuse of being fakess and advertising. I think "get a life" never applied to anybody more than these people.

I would recommend Robbie Kampf at 347 604 2411. He came last month when my boiler would not light. And instead of telling me I needed anew unit (which was the swift, expensive fix), cleaned the one I had very well getting rid of the rust and debris cause by last years flood, and relit it.

it all depends on the size of the space. i have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and he charged $100 for a total job. the floors were well done, kitchen done, dishes, bathrooms scrubed. bed linen changed, ..etc
